Roadster is an online, plain-text tool for producing simple roadmaps and milestone plans.

It was written to solve the problem of quickly creating visually appealing, useful roadmaps - avoiding the overhead of using traditional point-and-click product & project management tools.

Roadster is quick and simple to use, and can even be used in an interactive setting - building a plan collaboratively in real-time.

All processing and presentation of the roadmaps produced by Roadster is done client-side, in the browser. This means you have complete control over where your data is stored.

Roadster is intentionally simple, works with minimal information, and produces highly presentable roadmaps in a fraction of the time of traditional tools.

Based on a plain-text language for defining tasks, goals, initiatives, streams and priorities, Roadster fits naturally into a DevOps process, and allows common SCM tools to be used to share, compare (diff) and version your roadmaps - inline with your code, documentation and other digital assets.
